The first chapter of Pullman xChange unfolded in Dubai in November 2025, bringing together a global community of thinkers, creators, entrepreneurs and change makers around a simple yet powerful question: What do we build that outlasts us? Co-created with Pullman's global event partner, House of Beautiful Business, the inaugural edition set out to spark meaningful dialogue and inspire new ways of thinking about the future.

Over two days, conversations moved beyond traditional conference formats. Neuroscientist Hannah Critchlow shared the stage with architects, including Michelle Kaufmann and Adib Dada, while futurists such as Abdulaziz AlJaziri exchanged ideas with community builders. Guests were invited to participate rather than simply observe. The result was a rich mix of ideas and experiences that challenged attendees to think differently about legacy, purpose and the world they hope to shape. 

More than 150 curated attendees, 26 international media representatives and 20 content creators gathered for the inaugural edition, generating over 600 pieces of media coverage and an estimated 2.6 million views worldwide. As one attendee reflected, the event felt "focused on meaning rather than the usual networking formalities" – a fitting expression of Pullman's ambition to create spaces for exchange.

Yet the true success of the event was measured in something less tangible: the connections formed, the conversations shared and the sense of community that emerged throughout the experience. From immersive discussions to collaborative dining experiences, Pullman xChange transformed the hotel into what it was always intended to be, a place where people, ideas and cultures come together.
