Whether you’re into musical theatre, opera, or urban dance, there’s something for everyone on the Parktheater programme. The perfect destination for an evening’s entertainment, Parktheater hosts more than 500 international performances, plays, and shows every year, and is one of the largest theatre venues in the Netherlands.

More than just a theatre, Parktheater is a meeting place and an innovative, creative space. Check out what’s on while you’re in the city and enjoy a wonderful night of talented performers. You can find the theatre perched on the edge of Stadswandel Park, close to the city centre.

Cycle along the Van Gough-Roosegaarde path

If all your party is able, don’t miss the chance to cycle along the Van Gough-Roosegaarde bicycle path. Daan Roosegaarde created the 600-metre-long cycle path as an ode to Vincent Van Gough.

Laid with thousands of twinkling coloured stones, the path comes to life when darkness descends, displaying parts of Van Gough’s iconic Starry Night in winding illumination. The unique cycle path runs between Opwettense Watermolen and Collse Watermolen, two watermills which Van Gough painted during his life.
