The Arche of Photojournalism

Each year, the roof of the Grande Arche in La Défense hosts four temporary exhibitions dedicated to news photography. This is literally a unique initiative, as it is the first cultural space of its kind. The 1,200sqm Arche of Photojournalism has, for example, presented the impressive works of Guillaume Herbaut, who has captured places that have been hit by catastrophes. This is a chance to see history-making events or those who interpret history in a new light, and to discover new topics and novel viewpoints in an ultramodern setting. The Arche is open daily from 10am to 7pm.
