Antico Palazzo di Città

Cagliari's former Town Hall has been beautifully restored and transformed into a gallery for changing art and photography exhibitions. The baroque building dates back to the 14th century and its ornate interiors now house three small permanent collections of ethnographic, ceramic and sacred artefacts, along with the temporary exhibition space. The elegant rose-pink façade, with its arched doorway topped by the city emblem, is worth admiring in its own right.
