Vincents Restaurant

Since its opening in 1994, Vincents has been a pioneer in Riga’s culinary scene. The chef of this award-winning restaurant, Martins Ritins, is credited as the founder of Latvia’s Slow Food movement. He works closely with local producers to source organic meats and fresh produce, including berries and mushrooms.

Ritins' dedication to seasonal ingredients, sustainable practices and haute cuisine are among the reasons Vincents has accumulated a string of awards, ranging from Latvia’s best restaurant to the White Guide’s best Baltic restaurant. Located in the embassy district, Vincents delights diners as much with its stylised nature interior design as it does with its in-season international menu.
