Rue de la Loge starts at the Halles Castellane indoor market and descends to Place de la Comédie. Opposite the market, the retailer Gibert Joseph sells stationery and a wide selection of new and used books, records and DVDs. Going down this great shopping street of the Écusson district, one encounters plenty of fashion boutiques but also electronics stores, bakeries, chocolateries and the YellowKorner art photography gallery. Even if you don’t need to purchase anything, Rue de la Loge is still worth seeing: the street artists and terraces of Place Jean Jaurès alone justify making the trip.
