Piet Hein Eek

The works of Dutch designer, architect and artist Piet Hein Eek are found all over the world, but his home base is in Eindhoven. He graduated in 1990 from the Design Academy Eindhoven. Two years later, he opened a design studio in the city, focusing on sustainability, and creating furniture and other works of art from discarded wood and old materials. Today he reigns over a workshop, retail space and restaurant in 10,000sqm of space in the emerging Strijp-R district.

The showroom is open daily, while the restaurant is open every day except Monday.
