Nai Harn Beach

Popular with in-the-know locals, both Thai and expat, Nai Harn Beach is beautiful and unassuming. Neither too busy nor deserted, with sand wide enough for walking and water calm enough for swimming and snorkelling, this Phuket beach is practically perfect. Open shack-style restaurants face the sea, with locals tending to congregate at the ones where the food is both delicious and reasonably priced. Strolling beach vendors add colour to the scene. But they’re not pushy, and a simple "no, thank you" means no unwanted negotiations.
