In the heart of Old Cannes, Forville Mill houses the Victor Tuby Museum, named after the sculptor and biologist who founded the Académie Provençale. The association still celebrates the region’s music, dances, craftsmanship and gastronomy. This devotee of Provençal culture practiced his art and science in this 14th-century oil mill, which he transformed into his workshop and laboratory. On the first Saturday of each month, from 3pm to 6pm, visitors can admire the original oil presses as well as a rich collection of furniture, ceramics, fabrics and other decorative objects typical of southeast France. A must-see curiosity of the Suquet!
