Port Douglas by night like in the old days, that is to say in
aboriginal times, is the concept recreated by the "Flames of the Forest Cultural Tour". Held
every Tuesday and Thursday, the evening is run by two brothers who share with participants
their Aboriginal culture and adventures. The moment is meant to be spiritual, even mystical:
the forest will envelop you and the ancient spirits lurk close by. At the sound of the
didgeridoo, the Aboriginal traditional instrument, the brothers continue their stories,
which are sometimes sung; the guests, for their part, are entitled to a special dinner
banquet consisting of seven traditional dishes with Australian wine. Discover this authentic
and unique cultural experience.
