Does the origins of Korean traditional costumes intrigue you? Then
make sure to visit the National Folk Museum of Korea in Seoul. Housed within the Gyeongbok
Palace, the museum "presents the lifestyle of ancient Koreans" and is a fascinating place to
understand more about Korean customs throughout the ages. In particular, there is a plethora
of agricultural tools, hunting and fishing, clothing and housing equipment to discover. All
of this is complemented with a course in the "Hall of the Korean lifecycle", which traces
the different key stages of life, from birth, marriage to death.
