Military Museum of Vietnam

Spanning over 3,000 m2, the Military Museum of Vietnam looks back at the military history of the Vietnamese since the time of Hung Kings. Discover the many weapons used by local and foreign armies and the various strategies and techniques used to defend themselves in military battles over the years. Models allow visitors to relive the battle of Dien Bien Phu and the campaign of Ho Chi Minh. Behind the Opera House, the Museum of the Revolution focuses upon the country’s long quest for independence since the destruction of the Chinese fleet in Dang until the war against the Americans.
