Marrakech Museum

Not far from the Ben Youssef Madrasa, the Museum of Marrakech has made its home in Dar M'Nehbi Palace, a 19th century architectural gem. The vision of collector, Omar Benjelloun, its collections are displayed around a stunning patio. The works of art, calligraphy and engravings are on show alongside arts, crafts and unique traditional furniture, offering a fantastic overview of Moroccan creativity through the centuries. In the old douiria, the exhibits reflect the arts scene today. Here you’ll be able to see works by Gharbaoui, Binebine, Cherkaoui and R'Bati, the leading lights of Morocco’s contemporary art world.
