Victor Hugo Market

The Occitan capital is famous for its gastronomy. If you had to choose one place to discover its treasures, it would be the Victor Hugo Market. Open Tuesdays to Sundays from 6am to 2pm, the largest indoor market in Toulouse has been in business since the start of the 19th century. This is the meeting place for epicureans, who will find there dozens of fruit and vegetable stalls, alongside sausage makers, butchers, cheese makers, fishmongers, bakers, pastry chefs, wine merchants and ice cream makers. You can also come here for coffee, pizza or regional specialities in a friendly atmosphere.
