In Dubai, the perennial city of the future, we came together to connect timely vibes with timeless truths and to bridge visionary thinking with purpose. We traveled through time, indulged in science and fiction, designed moonshot architecture, imagined our digital afterlives, and left invigorated with new perspectives.
Through talks, discussions, deep dives, hands-on workshops, performances, and immersive experiences, we explored the ideas, innovations, and cultural shifts that will shape tomorrow long after today’s successes have faded.
To deepen the experience, we also hosted a series of hands-on workshops that translated ideas into action. In Design Your Digital Afterlife led by Elaine Kasket, participants explored what happens to our online selves when we are gone and how to take control of a digital legacy that will be remembered. Unfinished Business, with Hala Trad, Sandu, and Basel Laila, created an intimate space to surface the ideas, emotions, and ambitions we have carried for too long, offering a moment of release and renewal. And in Makers of Lasting Community, with Amad Main, Nisreen Shocair, and Engin Ayaz, we examined what it takes to build organizations and cultures that truly endure, grounding bold visions in the everyday practices that help communities thrive.
It became a moment where we collectively envisioned what comes next and what outlasts us.
