Ich war im März 2025 eine Woche von Sonntag bis Sonntag geschäftlich im Pullmann Köln. Die Reinigungsqualität war mangelhaft. Musste erst einmal ca.30 Min. die Haare des Vorgängers und sonstige Mängel beseitigen. Am Abend dann noch selbst das verstopfte WC von Dingen, die da nicht reinhehören befreien. Kein Spaß. Hatte zum Glück 2 Mülltüten als Handschutz dabei. ( weiteren Erläuterungen erspare ich dem Leser) Unverständlich das man das nicht beim Reinigen bemerkt. Der Teppich im Zimmer war so schmutzig das ich selbst mein Auto ungern darauf gestellt hätte. Da ich jedoch gezwungen war hier zu nächtigen habe ich mit 10 Handtüchern den Boden abgedeckt. Die Schränke alt und abgegriffen. Das Zimmer, obwohl als Comfortzimmer bezeichnet, klein. Die Klima konnte nur warme Luft. Das Bett hart. Meine Empfehlung: Bitte denn Service und die Qualität der Zimmer nachhaltig überdenken. Das Haus wird dem Ruf eines „Pullmann“ nicht gerecht. Privat wäre ich geflüchtet.

1. charged me for the full amount on my day of arrival; 2. cannot communicate well in English; 3. when I complained about arrival day full charges, the staff could not correct herself or provide an alternative/usual way to charge at check out; 4. when I told this to another hotel staff, the other staff blamed me for "not asking for the usual way", which is ridiculous; 5 constant mistakes, incl. asking me to go downstairs to bring my credit card to the front desk, an hour after after I checked in already, sending me the invoice 2 days after check out with the wrong address on. Full of mistakes, would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
