The check-in at the reception was very poor and unhelpful. Four months earlier, we had requested to have our rooms next door to each other for the four-night stay as we had a baby, but the rooms were on the other side of the resort. We had called numerous times leading up to our stay and also emailed. We sorted it out in the end after a frustratingly long one-hour wait. We understood being unable to locate immediately next door, but at least near each other. I believe this should be manageable as we had booked a two-bedroom, a three-bedroom, and a single bedroom, considering our three-bedroom was a two-and-one!!

We had a okay time at the Pullman resort but we can say that our experience could have been better and at this stage we are not planning on coming back. Main reasons are: Nightly rate is pretty high but bed and pillows are pretty old and not comfortable Swimming pool is spacious but although it was a hot day, no one could stay in the pool for more than 5min as it was freezing Cocktails were not great
