Beautiful Hotel. Disappointed by the service. Examples: 1) When I was checking in, I asked for a fan for my room as I usually sleep with a fan on. I was told no. But then when I bumped in to the room service lady I was told yes and a fan was brought up to my room. 2) I checked out early morning March 20th for meetings. Returned to the hotel for 12:30. My flight was at 6:20 p.m. I asked if I could use the Spa and pool to kill some time and relax. I was told no. Very surprising as other hotels I have stayed in with the same facilities as a hospitality gesture allow this till your departure time. 3) I came back to the hotel after my client meetings to have lunch. I wanted to have a club sandwich which was on the room service menu. I was told no. To wait till the bar opens at 2?! And order from them. I waited till 2:30 p.m. and no one opened the bar so I left and had lunch at the train station. I was amazed that none of the managers could just call the kitchen downstairs and order my club sandwich

We had to overnight in Paris before our return flight to Vancouver the next day. We were very happy with this clean, modern and conveniently located hotel. The ease of access through the CDGVAL train both to the hotel and back to the airport in the morning was fantastic. We didn’t try the restaurant or have the breakfast buffet in the morning but the looked great.

Well located hotel and easy to access with the CDGval. Kind and helpful staff members. The room and the spaces were neat and tidy. Access to equipments such as pool, fitness centre are a plus.

I did not understand the need to provide a €50 deposit when I checked in. The bar area and food were good and the room was clean and comfortable. I was disappointed that I could not find a news station in English on TV .
